I’m so happy you’re here. With over 20 years in the health and wellness industry, I’ve dedicated my career to helping women—especially those navigating perimenopause and menopause—find balance, strength, and confidence in their bodies again.

In 2013, I co-founded ReCYCLE Fitness, a boutique fitness studio in Washington Township Michigan, where I’ve spent years coaching and building a strong community of active women and men. It was there that I truly found my passion: helping women over 40 adapt to their changing bodies and reclaim their energy.
If you’re in this stage of life, you get it. Suddenly, what worked before—your go-to workouts, your usual approach to eating—just isn’t working anymore. Maybe you’re exhausted, stressed, feeling foggy, or struggling with weight changes that seem out of your control. You’re managing careers, kids, aging parents, and countless responsibilities, and somewhere along the way, your own health took a backseat.

That’s where I come in.

As a certified personal trainer and NASM-certified nutrition coach, I specialize in real-world, sustainable strategies designed specifically for women over 40. My approach isn’t about quick fixes or extreme diets—it’s about understanding your body, building strength, fueling yourself properly, and creating habits that last.
In 2024,I turned 50 and decided to take my coaching online so I can help even more women feel their best—without the guesswork or frustration. Whether you’re looking for one-on-one coaching, structured wellness plans, or expert guidance to navigate this stage of life, I’m here to help.
