The Longevity PLUS plan is designed for clients seeking a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach at their fingertips. This works great for women who need more accountability to meet their goals or are trying to accomplish something new. For instance, women who are new to weight training, need to build muscle mass, need a nutritional overhaul, taking a GLP1 medication, need to lose fat or just want to improve their overall fitness level so they can choose to "take the stairs" as long as possible.
The Longevity PLUS plan includes weekly 1:1 coaching calls for more accountability and targeted weekly planning. If needed and you are local to Macomb or Oakland County (Michigan), in-person sessions may be an option. Overall, this leads to a more customized experience for those seeking more guidance!
